Jeremy Honaker, CNP, PhD, is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C). He received his Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) and Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) at the Case Western Reserve University, Frances Payne Bolton School of Nursing in Cleveland, Ohio. He is also a Certified Wound Care Nurse (CWCN) and Dermatology Certified Nurse Practitioner (DCNP). He received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Eastern Kentucky University, in Richmond, Kentucky. Dr. Honaker specializes in general dermatology and wound care. A member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, he has been recognized as the Jonas Nurse Leader Scholar and the Legacy Fellow by the Frances Payne Bolton School of Nursing in Cleveland Ohio. Dr. Honaker provides general dermatology care at University Hospitals Concord Health Center in Concord, Ohio.
